As a volunteer social media manager for EduOpportunityNetwork, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering students worldwide through scholarships, U.S. education guidance, and girls' empowerment kits in Africa, I led a team of student volunteers in a month-long campaign. Our goal was to establish a strong brand identity and enhance engagement with key stakeholders in both Nigeria and the U.S., amplifying the organization's impact and reach.

CHALLENGE:

Edu Opportunity Network's founders faced difficulties with audience engagement and donor retention. They needed a more cohesive brand identity that would resonate with their audience and create a strong, lasting connection to the organization.
STRATEGY:
My strategy for boosting engagement centered on building out an iron-clad color scheme, textography, and content focused on expressing impact and value to individuals engaging with the organization. This meant student & donor spotlights, scholarship recipients, and educational content.
